Refund Policy – Pickles To Abroad 

At Pickles To Abroad (CUSHIFY ME LIMITED, Company No. 16189252), we aim to provide complete customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.  

Return Policy

- Return complaince must be report within 24hours of delivery. once buyer proof provided unboxing video, pictures of damages,  can return the product within 1-10days.

Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility  
- Orders you can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. No refunds will be processed after this period as shipments will be prepared for dispatch.  
- For delivered orders, an unboxing video is required for refund claims regarding:  
  - Missing items  
  - Wrong products received  
  - Videos must be sent via WhatsApp to +44 7432019347 within 3 days of delivery.  

Non-Refundable Situations  
No refunds or exchanges will be granted if:  
  - The complaint is submitted after 3 days of delivery  
  - Products were not stored according to provided instructions  
  - Snacks show minor damage (5-10% may occur during transit)  
  - The request is based on personal taste preferences  

Refund Process  
- All eligible refunds will be managed by PicklesToAbroad.com, not by manufacturers.  
- Customers must cover return shipping costs using trackable courier services. Refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned items.
